Thank you for the lessons learned, experiences gained, friends made and people who are now out of touch. It all happens for a reason; mistakes, failures, friends and new people. Believe in the process and believe in pursuing a better, healthier, more advanced version of yourself. And the most important factor of all in development – ACTION! You must take action for anything to materialise and for anything to manifest into your life.
For years I pointed the finger of blame, nothing was ever my fault, until I met the right teacher and mentor who helped me realise that “if it was meant to be then it’s up to me”. I started to take control, take responsibility and take action. My mindset flipped on its head and consequently my choices were far healthier and more advantageous to my own success and my results sky rocketed.
Now let’s put all that talk into light here at Koh Fit. On the second day of a brand new decade we had a large team of individuals stood collectively in the gym ready to commit to the cause and most importantly take action. They had the choice to be anywhere they wanted to be; a bar, a nightclub, a boozy holiday somewhere else in the world yet on this occasion they were prioritising their health and fitness and setting the intention to improve their body, physique, fitness, heart health and mindset. Stood right in front of me I gave my little speech on how important it is to begin the new year with the same intention of how you see the whole year going. I was proud to be graced with the presence of our current guests and we proceeded to continue with our weekly fitness test.
It’s been a really great start to the year and to anyone who is reading this and thinking about joining us out here in Thailand or even joining their local gym yet are too nervous or anxious to start, I urge you to make the commitment, take the leap of faith because I guarantee one thing; once you begin to take control of your health and with this improve your mindset and choices you will not regret the decision! In fact you will be so immensely proud of yourself that you’ll be asking yourself why it took so long to get started.
Wishing everyone a delightful 2020!
Yours in health and fitness,
Adam (Koh Fit Trainer)
